Quality
Over time quality and delivery precision is more important than price. Every product group has its own quality and it is an important task in our work to inform the customer of what quality his money gives. Maximum quality to minimum money is an impossible equation. Our ambition is that the customer will receive correct quality for his budget, quality that matches the expectations, needs and agreed specifications. The product shall conform to rules for product security, and in cases where tests and certifications are needed, these will be performed by independent and approved companies. Products needing CE-certification follow appropriate EN standard according to the product group.
Creon has in its ISO 9001 certification documented the working processes from proposal to delivered product and this documentation will prevent different errors. There are control stations defining product assessments, sample and production tests, and securing that we ship the product in best and cheapest way. The processes are constantly revised and constitute the foundation for our ISO certification.
